Nino Zambakhidze 

She is Chairwoman of Georgian Farmers’ Association. Georgian Farmers Association is umbrella organization which unites more than 5000 member farmers from all over the Georgia, with the goal and mission to protect farmers’ rights and support them to compete on marketplace and to grow agro players’ profitability.

Nino is founder of several companies, non governmental organizations and innovative startups. Being a proactive person by nature, Nino is a member of almost all key governmental or non-governmental boards and committees active in agriculture. In 2020 she was awarded with a national business-prize “Merkury 2011” where she received the honor as “Woman Entrepreneur of the Year”.

She was the first woman chosen as a coordinator of “Invest in Future” organization created in 2012 under the patronage of Hilary Clinton. A passionate advocate and agri-entrepreneur, Nino is committed to fostering youth leadership in this very important space.

She says in an article, “Most young people I meet on my trips in the countryside simply don’t see their future in agriculture.

Deana Zelenka 

She is currently CEO of the Lula Group of Companies. An international Businesswoman and Philanthropist, she has professional leadership experience serving as Chief Executive and senior executive member in companies ranging from venture-backed start-ups to global enterprises across a variety of sectors including Petroleum, Renewable Energy Technology, Metals and Chemical Manufacturing, Environmental and Clean Tech, Commodities Trading and Structured Finance.

She is experienced in defining and managing strategy, sales and marketing, financial management, intellectual property development, corporate structuring, mergers & acquisitions, and fundraising throughout her career. Deana Specializes in Global Trade and Structured Finance as Principle and agent via a Global Client Book.

Previously, she served as a Senior Executive responsible for Hazardous Materials supply Chain Management and as EVP and Manager of Voith GmbH Polyurethane, Silicone, Rubber product lines, and earlier as Senior Executive for Kaiser Aluminum’s Fluorides Business Division.

Rafaela Rica

She is a successful entrepreneur from Albania, she founded her own company at the age of 23, which is one of the biggest dynamic, innovative and integrated Advertising and Communications agencies in Albania. She graduated from the University of Tirana with a Bachelor’s degree with major in English and 10 years later, she was awarded MBA from University Institute Kurt Bösch in Sion, Switzerland.

Since 2018, she is a PhD candidate at the Consortium of the International Joint Cross-Border PhD Programme in International Economic Relations and Management in Austria and her research topic is the “Factors affecting Female Entrepreneurship in Albania. She credits the success of her to the motivated team of 22 young professionals who grew up together, worked hard, trusted and believed everyday in the common goal and the vision of their leader.

Being one of the rare women entrepreneurs in year 1999, she was always invited as a motivational speaker becaming a role model for many young women and aspiring entrepreneurs.

Chantal Yelu Mulop

She is the Special Advisor to the President of DRCongo on Youth, Gender & Violence against Women, she is a leading activist, a recognized humanist and feminist, a fighter for social justice, economic and women’s rights, without forgetting of course a passionate of the fight against all forms of injustice such as immigration reform, health care reform, reproductive rights, the natural environment, racial equality and workers’ rights. 

Having spent more time outside the country, in the DR Congo (mainly in Canada and Belgium), Chantal is multilingual. She is fluent in French, English, Kikongo, Lingala and some Swahili. Her professional career is flourishing and varied: President and CEO, Care Coordinator, Director of Nursing, etc. 

Her clinical background is very laudatory and has mainly focused on the following medical areas: emergencies, long-term care, palliative care, mental health and maternity. What is more, she has been able to access several positions of responsibility within the various organizations as a community leader.

Dr. Anita Caprice Powell 

She is Pioneer and Changemaker with valuable leadership experience of two decades at the Michigan Department of Corrections, she believes that lives can be transformed with measures that enable hope, healing, renewal and dignity. 

She is committed to bringing constructive changes in prisons and correctional institutions through training, skilling and mindset change to those dealing with challenges of incarceration and preparing the path for their societal and economic reintegration.

Dr. Sanja Popovic Pantic 

She is Leading innovation in SME sector and female entrepreneurship. She is the President of the biggest national association of female entrepreneurs in Serbia running since 1998. During that time, nearly 200 projects have been realized in strengthening female entrepreneurial initiatives, projects, start up and established companies. She obtained PhD in female entrepreneurship in 2013. at the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, Serbia.

She has been chairing Woman’s Entrepreneurship Group within the EU funded project Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) since May 2015. She is the author of two books based on the research of female entrepreneurship in Serbia viz.: “From vulnerable to sustainable group” – how to overcome poverty among women through self-employment in 2007 , “Sustainability of female businesses”, which was published in 2010. She has been engaged also as UN Women expert in their project “Advancing women’s economic and social rights in Serbia.”

Currently, she is engaged as the Sustainability expert by Executive Agency for SMEs (EASME) which is the appointment within the EEN’s new expert group on sustainability support to SMEs.

Gwendolyn Myers 

She was recognized as Time Magazine 2019: Top Eight Young Reformers Across the Globe Shaping the World and 2019-Top Seven-African Women Breaking Barriers in Peacebuilding in Africa. She’s the Founder & Executive Director (2008-Present) of a non-profit, youth-led peacebuilding organization; Messengers of Peace- Liberia Inc (MOP-Liberia Inc), managing over 1500 Young Volunteer Peace Messengers.

Her non-profit; Messengers of Peace-Liberia Inc. (MOP) became the first recipient of H. E. President George Manneh Weah National Peace Prize Award 2018 in celebration of the 15 years of unbroken peace in Liberia since the Accra Peace Accord 18th August.

Gwendolyn delivered the first ever-official address to the UN Peacebuilding Commission on behalf of the United Network of Young Peace builders (UNOY) on youth as equal partners in peace and security issues, New York on 23rd Nov, 2015 advocating for scr#2250 on Youth, Peace and Security adopted Dec 9, 2015 by the UN Security Council.

María Reneé Centellas Guevara

She is a Bolivian Pharmaceutical Biochemist and CEO of the most important pharmaceutical company in Bolivia—Laboratorios Bagó de Bolivia S.A. Also, she is a MSc in Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Management, graduated in: Logistics, Equitable Management, Finances, Negotiation at Harvard, Senior Management program at INCAE, academic training that led her professional career through different areas, from the operational to the managerial, due to the continuous updates in the areas of her performance.

Since she was in the last year of university, more than 25 years ago, she was working at Laboratorios Bagó de Bolivia S.A., where she joined as a Quality Control Analyst, assuming the positions of Head of Quality Control, Production Manager to current positions CEO and Technical Director. Because she has a strong passion to share knowledge, she was a Pharmacology Professor in Biochemistry and Pharmacy career at Universidad Mayor de San Andrés. In 2017, as a representative of the company.

Hayat Jmammou

She is Swiss based Philanthropist, Art Collector and Art Advisor, she is the Founder of Hayat Fine Art Advisory, Hayat Fine Art Selection, La Filature and H.J. Consulting. She manages some of the most important private and corporate collections, curates art exhibitions, organises events to protect historical sites such as a Roman site in Baalbek, Lebanon as also with Aliph, a Swiss based foundation acting for the protection of heritage in conflict areas. 

Her international business education has led her to path where she creatively combines her passion for art, anthropology, literature, opera, theatre, cinema, historical and mythological sites, with solidarity of cultural leaders globally. She particularly supports women art collectors and art aficionados as part of the International Women’s Art Collectors Club. She lectures on the art market and writes papers related to art and geopolitics, finance and economy. She donates to cultural institutions, organises charity auctions and supports artists in difficult times. 

She believes that in every society, culture and heritage matter deeply, even though silently but these remain one of the most important drivers of individual and collectively change.

She is the First woman Area Director in India at The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), popularly known as the Taj Group, that manages a portfolio of over 200 hotels, resorts, jungle safaris, palaces, spas and in-flight catering services. It is best known for its iconic Taj brand of Luxury hotels. Kanika in her role as Area Director is responsible for the operation and success of 9 hotels in the North and Central Indian states of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Madhya Pradesh where she with a team of 1600 associates leads lush hotel properties like the spa-resort Taj Rishikesh, The Taj Corbett, the legendary Taj Mahal Lucknow, and the historical Heritage and Palaces properties of Taj Nadesar Palace Varanasi and Usha Kiran Palace Gwalior, as well as the brand new Taj Lakeview Bhopal where she is based as GM.

With over 27 years of hospitality experience, Kanika has worked with some of the best brands in hospitality – namely IHCL, Oberoi Hotels and Resorts and Marriott International in India and internationally.

Dr. Sirikul ‘Nui’ Laukaikul   

She is a brand strategist and sustainability advisor, Founder, The BrandBeing, and Country Director, SB (Sustainable Brands), Thailand. After working for global corporations for nearly 20 years, Nui established her own consulting firm, the Brandbeing Consultancy.

Olga San Jacinto

She is an extensive international experience in Europe, the United States and LATAM, she has led several roles in Banking, Retail, SaaS, Mobility and Private Equity and received several Google Innovation Awards. With a background in Business, Technology and Strategy from Harvard University (Boston), Singularity University (California), Instituto de Empresa (Madrid) and IESE Business School (Madrid), Olga has held executive positions at Google for 15 years, landing Google in Europe and LATAM (in its beginnings as a company), having executed the monetization strategy of Google Maps worldwide and being one of the people in charge of Google’s corporate culture at an international level. 

Previously, she developed her management career in the Financial and Telecommunications sector in Europe and the United States. As an advisor, Olga has advised strategic companies such as Netflix, Uber, Starbucks, AT&T, Telefonica and BBVA among others on transformation, innovation, culture, Governance, ESG, et. 

Anja Carron 

She is an original thinker and compassionate global citizen, Anja founded Theia International in 2018. 2019 she was nominated by the ZEIT Foundation for the Marion Doenhoff Prize for International Understanding and Reconciliation and awarded as one of the Top 100 Leaders of Global Education (Dubai). Theia International is UNESCO (BNE) partner. The global education program for students is selected as one of the most innovative programs in Germany.

Anat Bernstein-Reich 

She is a dynamic entrepreneur, she is the CEO and Co-Founder of the GATE, BDO Israel-India, an investment Banking and advisory firm operating on the axis of Israel, India, Sri Lanka, and emerging markets. Anat is a columnist at The Marker, and is also a frequent speaker on “doing business in India”.

She served as a consultant to The World Bank in Washington for various economic development projects, co-founded 2 start-up companies in the USA, and worked with technology incubators to promote strategic partnerships for JV technology companies within Silicon Valley. Anat holds a LL.B. degree from the Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University, is a member of the Israeli Bar Association, and holds an MBA (with distinction) in Finance from the University of San Francisco.

Anat also serves as the Chairperson of Israel-India & Nepal Chamber of Commerce, and is the President of TiE Israel. She has helped more than 100 startups to scale in sectors like technology, agriculture, real estate, edtech, clean tech, deep tech, etc.
