Driving Gender Equality Through Collective Global Leadership:

G100 Presents Recommendations for G7 at the Global Leadership by Women Summit 2026, Marseille, France, 6 July 2026

In the leadership of Datin Hartini Osman, G100 Club Global President 2026, the G100 Club proudly presented its Eight Recommendations for G7 in this year of the French Presidency, toward driving greater gender equality and closing the gaps in areas such as STEM and Financial Inclusion.

The recommendations were officially presented by the G100 Club Global President 2026 before an audience of distinguished international leaders, policymakers, and changemakers.

Grounded in the ELLEGOSSSE Framework—Education, Leadership, Legal Protection, Economic Empowerment, Governance, Ownership, Solidarity, Sustainability, Security, and Equality—the recommendations outline practical and measurable actions to advance women’s leadership, inclusive economic growth, sustainable development, and lasting peace.

A key recommendation was the establishment of a Global Women’s Bank, a dedicated international financial institution aimed at expanding access to affordable finance, investment opportunities, and digital banking services for women and women-led enterprises worldwide. This proposal reflects the G100 Club’s commitment to creating sustainable financial ecosystems that empower women as catalysts of economic transformation.

The G100 Club expressed its hope that these recommendations will contribute meaningfully to the ongoing discussions of the French G7 Presidency and inspire stronger international collaboration toward a future where women are equal partners in shaping economies, governance, innovation, and peace.
