G100 Country Clubs

G100 Country Clubs refer to the totality of all the Country Clubs across the 100 wings present in a given country,

Each Country Club is led by the Country Chair for a wing, in a country.

Each Country Club comprises 100 or more members, who have been nominated in any of these ways: directly by the country chair; through distributed leadership of its State/Region and City/District chairs; with the support of the Denim Club Country Partner and the Country Advisory Council members — in the overall direction of the Country Chair, who works in solidarity with the Global Chair for the wing.

Thus, at optimal capacity, every G100 wing, guided by its Global Chair, is supported by the respective wing’s 100 Country Clubs across 100 countries, each led by its Country Chair therein.

So vertically, there are 100 countries under one wing. And horizontally, there are 100 wings in one country through the 100 Global Chairs. These are woven into the warp and weft of the Country Clubs.

The blueprint is to have 10,000 Country Clubs (100 Clubs per wing x 100 wings).

Country Clubs are informal and voluntary groups, connecting wing leaders and members across the 100 wings in a particular country.

Country Clubs do not have any formal presence or any alternate leadership structure other than what exists wing-wise  — they are freely formed in spontaneous spirit for building synergies across wings.

The Secretariat regularly connects the various wings’ country chairs in respective countries as well as the resident Global Chair in that country.

To join a Country Club, one is required to apply to the wing’s leadership; sharing your profile and how you’d like to support.
