Patricia Gonzalez

Patricia Gonzalez is an Independent Board Member of The American Society of Mexico, Britcham, and the WEF Iberoamerica edition. She also serves as Vice-Chair of the Global Summit of Women in Mexico. Additionally, Patricia is on the advisory council of the EBC College, EXEB Foundation, Women in Finance, and several non-profit organizations. Previously, she was a tax services partner at PwC for 30 years and became the first female partner in Latin America in 1989.

She successfully led various areas, including Tax Policy, Financial Services, Client Tax Services, and Corporate Responsibility. With 40 years of experience in business, risk management, automation, robotics for processes, financial services, finance, innovation, consumer products, strategy, and international and national taxes,

Patricia sat on the PwC Global Board for more than four years (which comprised only 16 seats), representing 10,000 partners worldwide. She mentors several talents in Mexico and members of the Hispanic community in the United States. Patricia has extensive knowledge of business strategy and development, diversity, equity, and advocacy for women’s equity, equality, equal pay, and opportunities for them.
