Neaz Adnan is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Your House Social Enterprise INC, Canada, a creative social enterprise dedicated to empowering children and youth through education, arts, culture, and community-driven initiatives. She has been leading the organization since its inception in December 2019, shaping its vision and strategic direction with purpose and impact.

She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Windsor, Ontario, Canada, and is a seasoned business professional with diverse cross-sector experience. Her academic foundation, combined with practical leadership exposure, enables her to navigate both corporate and social enterprise ecosystems effectively.

Neaz brings over seven years of experience in the food, beverage, and five-star hotel industry, where she developed strong operational, service excellence, and people-management capabilities. This corporate background has significantly influenced her leadership style, emphasizing quality, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.

In addition, she has 18 years of experience in community development, working closely with diverse communities to design and deliver inclusive programs that foster growth, engagement, and social cohesion. She also has two years of experience in strategic partnerships within the nonprofit sector in North America, where she served as a Regional Head, strengthening collaborations and expanding organizational reach.
