Dr. Sasa Bozic is a Corporate Social Sustainability and Wellbeing Programs Creator, and the visionary founder of Sophia Academy Global. She is also a devoted wife and mother of two adult sons.

With 28 years of diverse experience across Europe, the Middle East, and India, she is a recognized expert in strategic marketing, social sustainability, corporate wellbeing, and employee empowerment. Through Sophia Academy, she has pioneered transformative programs that integrate ancient wisdom into contemporary corporate environments, helping leaders and organizations thrive with purpose, resilience, and humanity.

Her flagship initiative, the Living the Sophia Way Program, is a 100-day immersive experience that fosters self-awareness and purpose-driven leadership. This work is rooted in her belief that authentic leadership and employee well-being are fundamental to long-term business success.

Sasa’s commitment to empowerment extends to the global stage. In 2020, she served as President of WICCI Slovenia and led the Women Economic Forum Slovenia, uniting over 300 participants from 25 countries. Themed “Power of the Pack: Women Trustfully Supporting Women,” the forum promoted solidarity among women leaders and advanced the cause of gender equality in leadership.

In 2021, continuing her mission of social impact, Sasa co-founded Living with a Green Heart, a global initiative launched at EXPO 2020 Dubai. This movement promotes the interconnection between personal well-being and sustainable societal development, already impacting over 100,000 lives.

Sasa’s thought leadership is widely recognized. She has been a keynote speaker and award recipient at platforms such as FICCI, the World Health and Wellness Congress & Awards (2017–2019), World Coaching Congress (2020), and the Women Economic Forum in global hubs like The Hague, Los Angeles, London, Cairo, and Warsaw. She also contributes to international events including the Bled Strategic Forum, World HRD Congress, Circular Cities Summit, and Honour Symposium in Singapore and Dubai.

In 2023, she embarked on a year-long journey titled 365 Days of Ancient Wisdom for the Well-Being of Modern Man, living with 11 indigenous tribes around the world. This transformative experience inspired her acclaimed books—One World. One Family. and Know Thyself—which provide practical self-coaching methods for modern challenges. Her message of unity and sustainability reached a global audience during her exhibition at COP28 Dubai, which attracted over 15,000 visitors.

Personally transformed by reflective journeys, Sasa completed the 800-kilometer Camino pilgrimage in Spain in 2017 and a 270-kilometer path in Portugal in 2025. These spiritual experiences deeply inform her life’s mission and work. Looking ahead, she envisions a future devoted to writing and reflection on the island of Bali, continuing to bridge ancient wisdom with contemporary leadership to create lasting global change
