She is very enthusiastic about involving and dedicating her time to various social communities and working on government projects to develop SMEs in Indonesia since 2005, as well as developing her own business. She founded Indonesia Prima, a strategic business support organization with a global network dedicated to developing accountable Indonesian enterprises aligned with sustainable development for a better life. The organization serves as a development center for exploring, maintaining, and leveraging entrepreneurial mindsets, skillsets, and spirits for a better life. Indonesia Prima provides continuous improvement acceleration for entrepreneurs seeking the best support for their optimum achievement, including preparation for connecting with investors. Diah has also actively learned from and completed several local and international entrepreneurial workshops and certifications.=

She holds a Ph.D. from Rai University in India, awarded in 2022. The honorary doctorate was given in appreciation of her dedication to empowering small and medium enterprises globally.

Diah also works as a Business Consultant and Business Advisor for many business owners and organizations in Indonesia and other countries. She is certified as a Business Advisor by GrowthWheel International (USA), Transformation Academy (USA), and the Cherie Blair Foundation (UK). Diah also serves as the SVP of the Asia Council for Small Business (Indonesia), Secretary General of the Indonesia Council for Small Business (2020–2022), Director of ICSB Womenpreneurs Indonesia (2021), Former Vice President for Community Empowerment of the International Council for Small Business Indonesia (ICSB Indonesia) from 2018 to 2020, and Former Board Member as Vice President for Partnership of the International Council for Small Business Global (ICSB Global) from 2018 to 2020. The International Council for Small Business (ICSB) is a non-profit organization devoted to continuing management education for entrepreneurs and small businesses. Founded in 1955, the ICSB was the first international membership organization to promote the growth and development of small businesses worldwide.

She is also the Chairwoman of Womenpreneurs Indonesia Networks (WIN), inaugurated and advised directly by the Ministry of Women Empowerment and Child Protection of the Republic of Indonesia. WIN is a platform for strengthening women in entrepreneurship, health, and family harmonization. In addition, she serves as a Vice President of the India-Peru Business Council of WICCI (Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry).
