Advancing Women-Led Global Economic Transformation Through Strategic Collaboration

G100 – Davos Diaries 2026, Switzerland, 18-23 January 2026

G100 emerged as a leading convener and catalyst for women-led systemic transformation during the Davos engagements, positioning itself at the intersection of global policy, finance, diplomacy, and impact-driven collaboration. Through a series of high-level meetings, strategic dialogues, and curated convenings, G100 advanced its mission to connect leaders, accelerate collaboration, and translate vision into action—anchored by the introduction and advancement of the Global Women’s Bank (GWB) as a flagship initiative.

In close partnership with Ahead, under the leadership of Lucia de Luca, Global Chair of Pay Parity & Corporate Transformation at G100, G100 leveraged the Davos platform to engage senior policymakers, diplomats, business leaders, investors, and global institutions. The Ahead Spark Night Dinner set the tone for these engagements, bringing together Nobel Laureates, senior diplomats, and private-sector leaders in an environment designed to foster trust, strategic alignment, and long-term collaboration. Ahead played a pivotal role in facilitating targeted introductions and meetings with prospective strategic partners for the Global Women’s Bank.

Strategic dialogues included meetings with Anou Lunia Singhvi, Founder of The Invisible Thread, and with the Uttar Pradesh Finance Minister at the Pavilion of India, reinforcing the integration of public policy, global trade, and women-led financial innovation. The Women Leaders Reception at the Ameron Resort Hotel further strengthened cross-sector and cross-regional connections among women leaders shaping global economic and social agendas.

G100’s commitment to measurable, impact-driven collaboration was further advanced through the Business Avengers initiative—conceived as a task-force multiplier leveraging technology and artificial intelligence to recalibrate collective action. Engagements with the Bezos Earth Fund, Fast Forward, Northly, Accenture, and partners from the United Nations ecosystem provided opportunities to formally present key strategic documents, including the GWB framework, the WEF ASEAN Resolution, the YBK Ecosystem Book, and the report “G100 – 100 Days to Connect and Collaborate.” These discussions focused on scaling solutions, mobilizing capital, and aligning global stakeholders around shared outcomes.

The agenda further expanded through G100’s participation in the WE Lead Women Leadership Lounge, organized in collaboration with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, with a central focus on unlocking women’s economic participation. Within this forum, Dr. Hartini formally handed over the Global Women’s Bank (GWB) proposal to Sally A. Paull, Executive Vice President of Human Resources (EVP HR), Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Tarrytown, New York, inviting engagement through integrated platforms for financial inclusion, enterprise development, and sustainable impact.

Thought leadership remained a defining feature of the G100 presence. A masterclass by Anou Lunia Singhvi offered nuanced insights into invisible systems shaping global value chains and influence. This was complemented by participation in the Human Change Foundation House Reception, marking the launch of the documentary Your Attention Please. Engagements with Tristan Harris, Founder of the Human Change Foundation, and Ileana, its Executive Director, facilitated meaningful dialogue at the intersection of technology, ethics, and human-centered systems, with the Global Women’s Bank presented as a timely and transformative response.

G100 further strengthened its engagement with global finance and investment leaders through meetings with Linda Pereira, G100 Global Chair for Communication, Advocacy & Mediation, during an Investment Migration Council convening. A strategic lunch hosted by Zurich Asia Pacific, led by Tulsi Naidu, CEO Asia Pacific and Group Executive Committee Member, convened senior leaders from Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, and the international investment community at Goals House Davos. Moderated by Bettina of CNN, discussions centered on strengthening climate resilience across Asia Pacific’s critical infrastructure, highlighting the role of sustainable finance in long-term economic stability.

Diplomatic engagement remained a core pillar of the G100 agenda. Meetings with Dato’ Guna Mahalingam, Honorary Consul of Malaysia, and Nor Azman Taib, Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of Malaysia in Berne, provided platforms to present the G100 and Global Women’s Bank vision to diplomatic and business audiences through the SWISSCHAM Davos programme. Informal cultural engagements, including the Grand Indonesia Night, further reinforced global solidarity, trust, and shared purpose.

The Davos engagements culminated at the Ahead Davos Headquarters with a G100 High-Level Meeting, where Dr. (h.c.) Hartini Osman, G100 Club Global President, hosted the Mission Million Coffee Hour. During this gathering, Dr. Osman articulated a compelling vision for a World Bank for Women, alongside the presentation of the strategic report “100 Days to Connect and Collaborate.” This exchange underscored the power of community-led leadership, cross-sector collaboration, and visionary thinking in shaping global systems.

The collaboration between G100 and Ahead was further reinforced by the leadership of Lucia de Luca, CEO and Co-Founder of Ahead, in her role as Global Chair of Pay Parity & Corporate Transformation at G100. Collectively, these engagements reaffirmed a shared commitment to advancing equity, leadership, and systemic transformation, while underscoring the indispensable role of women in shaping the conversations, decisions, and institutions that will define our shared global future.
