On 26 September 2025, G100 convened distinguished women leaders, policymakers, institutional representatives, and experts at the Swiss Federal Palace, Switzerland, for the G100 Switzerland Meetings, held under the theme Women’s Leadership for Sustainable Futures. The full-day convening served as a strategic platform to advance dialogue on women-led leadership models shaping sustainable, inclusive, and resilient global futures.

 

The meetings focused on the critical role of women in driving long-term systemic change across governance, economic development, and social innovation. Participants engaged in high-level discussions exploring how women’s leadership can strengthen policy frameworks, foster ethical decision-making, and accelerate progress toward the Sustainable Development Goals at both national and global levels.
