Vladyslava Magaletska
Vladyslava Magaletska is the Former Vice Minister of Food and Agriculture of Ukraine, bringing over 20 years of expertise in strategic development, investment, corporate governance, and international cooperation. Her career bridges government and business, where she has consistently delivered transformational reforms and high-impact projects in agribusiness, trade, technology, and food security. She has worked extensively with global institutions such as the World Bank, the European Union, and the International Finance Corporation (IFC).
In her role as Vice Minister, Vladyslava played a pivotal role in reforming Ukraine’s agricultural and food safety systems. She was instrumental in modernizing regulatory frameworks, enhancing transparency, and improving consumer protection. Under her leadership, Ukraine opened over 35 new export markets, digitized food safety systems, and introduced new legislation covering quality control, school meal safety, and consumer rights.
She also served as Head of the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection. There, she led the transformation of the agency into a transparent and efficient institution, better serving citizens, businesses, and the state. Her reforms strengthened public health, improved compliance processes, and elevated Ukraine’s global agricultural competitiveness.
Beyond the public sector, Vladyslava has held prominent roles in the private sector. She served as Vice President and Board Member at SigmaBleyzer, a $1 billion investment fund, and at AgroGeneration, a French-based agricultural company. In these roles, she focused on strategic development, portfolio management, and cross-sector acquisitions across agriculture, media, and energy.
Following the EuroMaidan revolution in 2014, she was a key figure in Ukraine’s reform movement, contributing to efforts that advanced privatization, administrative transparency, and foreign direct investment. Her leadership helped align Ukraine’s agrarian and economic strategies with European standards through her work at the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food.
Vladyslava also served as Vice President of the Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs, the nation’s largest business association, and was a member of the National Council of Reforms, advocating for economic modernization and entrepreneurial growth.
Together with her family, Vladyslava owns and manages several IT and digital businesses, merging innovation with deep operational experience. They are active members of the Family Business Network (FBN) and the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), where they contribute to shaping global conversations on sustainable growth, corporate governance, and legacy building in family enterprises.
Through her involvement with G100, Vladyslava champions stronger leadership, intergenerational collaboration, and the empowerment of women in family-owned businesses around the world.
Currently, she continues her commitment to agricultural innovation as a Senior Advisor in the Global Agricultural Value Chain (GAVC) at Enterra Solutions. In this role, she supports the development of advanced technologies aimed at improving global food security and business resilience.
Vladyslava holds a Ph.D. in Cybernetics from Taras Shevchenko National University and is an alumna of the Emerging Leaders Program at Harvard University.
