Singapore hosted the G100 Diplomatic Meetings 2026, a high-level diplomatic and economic dialogue that also marked the official launch of the WICCI Singapore–India Business Council. The meetings strengthened India–Singapore cooperation while advancing women-led leadership across diplomacy, trade, and innovation.

 

The meetings brought together ambassadors, high commissioners, senior diplomats, policymakers, global women leaders, and business representatives, positioning women at the centre of cross-border collaboration and inclusive economic growth.

 

The event was hosted by Dr. Meenakshi Arora Dabral, Global Chair – G100 Global Alliances & Alumni Network and President of the WICCI Singapore–India Business Council. Tanishq Singapore was the Purpose Sponsor Partner for the meetings.

 

The programme was conceptualised by The Mandala Global.

 

Speaking on the purpose of the platform, Dr. Dabral stated that it was created to move beyond dialogue and deliver outcomes, including market access, mentorship, policy engagement, and cross-border partnerships for women-led enterprises.

 

The G100 Diplomatic Meetings 2026 witnessed the esteemed presence of Her Excellency Ms. Puja Tillu, Deputy High Commissioner of India to Singapore; Her Excellency Ms. Francesca Umayuli, Ambassador of Nigeria to Singapore; Her Excellency Ms. Jessica Lopez, Ambassador of Venezuela to Singapore; His Excellency Mr. Tadeusz Chomicki, Ambassador of Poland to Singapore; His Excellency Mr. Senarath Dissanayake, High Commissioner of Sri Lanka to Singapore; and Her Excellency Ms. Madiepetsane Charlotte Lobe, High Commissioner of South Africa to Singapore. The Ambassador of Chile was unable to attend due to prior commitments.

 

A key highlight of the programme was the keynote address by Her Excellency Ms. Puja Tillu, who spoke on India’s commitment to inclusive growth and the evolving role of women in diplomacy and international trade.

 

The meetings also featured presidential and global addresses by Datin Dr. Hartini Osman, G100 President for 2026.

 

The platform is founded on the vision of Dr. Harbeen Arora Rai, Founder of G100 and the Women Economic Forum, a globally respected leader in women’s empowerment and inclusive economic development. She conceptualised G100 as a global, action-oriented network of women leaders across sectors, regions, and policy domains, and her work continues to influence global dialogue on gender parity, ethical leadership, and collaborative growth.

The panel discussions and fireside chats featured distinguished speakers and thought leaders including Becky Low; Yan Ping, CEO of the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations; Dr. Dragana Vujovic Djermanovic; Judit Pach; Fi Dinh; Gunridh Sila; Yingying Li; and Alexandra Vidyuk. Discussions centred on closing the funding gap for women-led enterprises, women and artificial intelligence, future-ready economies, and the role of diplomacy in enabling inclusive and sustainable growth.

 

The meetings also recognised exceptional leadership and global contribution. Her Excellency Ms. Charlotte Lobe was honoured with the Women of the Decade Award, while Dato’ Dr. Laila Rani received the Women of Excellence Award.

 

The G100 Diplomatic Meetings 2026 were supported by Tanishq as the Purpose Partner, aligned with a shared vision of women’s empowerment, leadership, and long-term social impact.

 

The WICCI Singapore–India Business Council has been established to support women entrepreneurs and MSMEs, facilitate bilateral trade and investment, enable mentorship, policy advocacy, and market access, and strengthen India–Singapore economic collaboration through women-led leadership.

Through the Sheconomy Launchpad, homegrown Singapore brands Mandala Spices, Elanearth, Nara, and House of Gulal received the opportunity to showcase their collections.

 

The G100 Diplomatic Meetings 2026 and the launch of the WICCI Singapore–India Business Council reaffirm Singapore’s role as a global hub for diplomacy, innovation, and inclusive economic dialogue, while placing women leaders at the forefront of shaping future global economies.
