She is the Founder, Owner and CEO of CV. Hako Mulia Abadi, an exclusive real estate company services in Jakarta, encompassing property rental, management and maintenance services since 2003, Rina has also acquired PT. Infinitie Berkah Energi, to become owner and managing partner operating industry fuel trading agency and distribution across Indonesia.

Business wise, next to running her two companies, Rina is active in IWAPI, the Association of Indonesian Business Women, which is organized under KADIN, the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She is the Head of Permanent Committee for Education of IWAPI and the Head of the Permanent Committee for Training, Education and Advocacy under the Vice Chairman of Women Empowerment of KADIN Indonesia.

As part of Rina’s participation on social entrepreneurship, she is also committed to empower and enhance women’s economic empowerment and leadership by actively being involved, as mentor and trainer to promote entrepreneurship for sustainable development (SEED), for “Road to Growth” programs, public e-procurement programs; as Indonesian representative for G20 EMPOWER Alliance from private sectors from 2020 until now; as jury members for APEC BEST (Asia Pacific Economic Corporation: The Business Efficiency and Success Target) Award in Vietnam 2017; in Papua New Guinea 2018; in Chile 2019 and in Malaysia 2020.

Social wise, she is actively involved in a number of social activities in Indonesia as the Chairperson of Keluarga Perkawinan Campuran (KPC) Melalui Tangan Ibu (MELATI) to eliminate discriminative laws against Indonesian woman married to foreigner; a member of FORKOMNAS to advocate on “3ENDS” (1). End the violence against women and children; 2). end human trafficking and; 3) end Private Sector Representative 16 the economic gap. As an ambassador for YMSI to help underprivileged children to access and study, as well as to promote Indonesian classical music, its education and instruments. In addition to formal education, in 2019, she completed her leadership course, batch XXII at Lembaga Ketahanan Nasional Republik Indonesia (National Resilience Institute of Republic of Indonesia).

This top level elite course is considered the highest leadership Indonesian governmental course, with excellent result. Apart from that course, she achieved her bachelor degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Her master degree in Gender Studies is from the “Universitas Indonesia”, Jakarta, Indonesia. She has participated as speaker in a number of regional and international conferences and forums relating to gender equity and micro, small, medium scale entrepreneurship issues to voice Indonesian women economic empowerment, sustainability and leadership.
