He has a proven track record of success in agency leadership roles (integrated, creative and media), transforming poor performing teams and agencies, into high performers, across metrics like client engagement and employee happiness scores, as well as profit and profitability. His career began in his native Canada, and has since taken me to the Middle East and now the Asia Pacific region.
In his current role as the CEO of Dentsu’s Creative group in Asia, they build bespoke teams with the right capabilities, from across the group, for their clients.
Integrating these capabilities to drive world class solutions to help solve their client’s biggest challenges – helping them to win, grow and retain their best customers. His most important role is as Dad to two beautiful girls. He and his wife have a passion for travel, and they love to explore the world with their kids and take them to destinations new and old.
