Phil Adrien, CEO, Creative APAC, dentsu international, Singapore. Phil has made a career out of doing what he loves – building and nurturing high performing teams filled with exceptional people, then empowering, challenging, and collaborating with them to do meaningful work. Part of that comes from fostering a strong culture, one which allows great people and great work to thrive.

He is passionate about how the right mix of insight, creativity and purpose can create magic moments between a brand and its customers. He has privileged to have helped drive magic, growth, and innovation with some greats like Facebook, Disney, Netflix, Emirates, Zespri, Huawei, Jaguar Land Rover, Toyota, Accor, Mondelez, Citibank, and Oracle to name a few.

He has a proven track record of success in agency leadership roles (integrated, creative and media), transforming poor performing teams and agencies, into high performers, across metrics like client engagement and employee happiness scores, as well as profit and profitability. His career began in his native Canada, and has since taken me to the Middle East and now the Asia Pacific region.
In his current role as the CEO of Dentsu’s Creative group in Asia, they build bespoke teams with the right capabilities, from across the group, for their clients.

His most important role is as Dad to two beautiful girls. He and his wife have a passion for travel, and they love to explore the world with their kids and take them to destinations new and old.
