In October, the month dedicated to mentorship, the G100 Mentoring & Motivation team organized the first Global Virtual Summit, focused on recognizing the best tools, experiences, and lessons learned to globally strengthen mentorship.

 

The event, titled “Empowering Leadership for a Better Tomorrow,” was held on October 29 and 30 in Spanish and English, respectively. It featured leaders from India, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Malaysia, Mexico, Panama, the United States, Peru, Australia, and Ireland, all members of the influential, high-impact G100 global leaders network, dedicated to reducing social and economic gaps.

 

In a space for collective learning, empowerment, and transformational leadership, as well as the promotion of innovative solutions to humanity’s challenges, the Global Summit spanned a total of six hours, covering three major topics: 1. Innovation and Leadership in the Digital Era, 2. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the New Global Economy, and 3. Global Mentorship: Empowering Future Talent.
