Olga San Jacinto
She is an extensive international experience in Europe, the United States and LATAM, she has led several roles in Banking, Retail, SaaS, Mobility and Private Equity and received several Google Innovation Awards. With a background in Business, Technology and Strategy from Harvard University (Boston), Singularity University (California), Instituto de Empresa (Madrid) and IESE Business School (Madrid), Olga has held executive positions at Google for 15 years, landing Google in Europe and LATAM (in its beginnings as a company), having executed the monetization strategy of Google Maps worldwide and being one of the people in charge of Google’s corporate culture at an international level.
Previously, she developed her management career in the Financial and Telecommunications sector in Europe and the United States. As an advisor, Olga has advised strategic companies such as Netflix, Uber, Starbucks, AT&T, Telefonica and BBVA among others on transformation, innovation, culture, Governance, ESG, et. Her main responsibilities have included addressing business transformation processes, the design of various reorganizations (defining structures, profiles and compensation systems, as well as the evolution of culture and diversity within the company), the acquisition/integration of strategic companies and the development of new business models adapting to the needs of users and customers.
She is currently a member of the Advisory Board of Nazca Private Equity in Spain and Astara (Mobility Company), with presence in 17 countries. Her areas of expertise in which she develops her current professional practice as a director, advisor and counselor, include strategy and business development, transformation processes, customer segmentation, internationalization, high performance teams, culture and talent and ESG, among others.
She is actively involved with several NGOs and is co-founder of “Our Stem Journey”, an initiative focused on educating women in STEM. Mentor at Endeavor America and MassChallenge (Boston Innovation Hub), she is an Executive Coach, international speaker and trainer at distinguished business schools.
