She is the Founding Partner & President​, Cinegroup, and Executive Director, Band Group, Brazil, she has 25+ years of experience in the Audiovisual and Broadcasting & Television industries; combined career as executive and entrepreneur. From 1997 to 2019 as entrepreneur; idealized and CINEGROUP; leadership in the local and international expansion, turning the company amongst the largest content producer in the country (TV programs, series, documentaries, and movies); company recognized with several awards and indications. She ideated and structured the company; operating starting from “zero” and turning amongst top 5 independent producer in the country (450 employees).

Headquartered in São Paulo; opened branched in Rio de Janeiro and Brasilia, aside from international operational located in Mozambique. General management of the operation, encompassing Content, Sponsorships, Commercialization & Distribution, Partnerships, New Business, Finance & Admin. Definition of corporate strategy and local/international expansion; busines development in Brazil, Africa, Latin America, USA, Europe, Asia, and Middle East.

Financial modeling and feasibility studies for new products and projects; focus on the production and distribution of TV programs, series, documentaries, and movies. Development of over 15 projects per year; near 700 of imaging capture from 43 countries in the African continent. 3 APCA Awards with “Presidentes Africanos”, “Infiltrado”, and “Chegadas e Partidas”. 2 MONET Awards with “Boas Vindas” and “Mulheres de Aço”. Awarded Best Documentary at Cameroun Cine Festival with “Mama África”. Awarded Best Documentary at Los Angeles Cine Festival – LABRFF with “Esse viver ninguém me tira”. Since 2019 performing as Executive Director of BAND PAY TV, a Portfolio of channels comprising Band News, BandSports, Band International, Arte 1, Terra Viva, Smithsonian Channel, Sabor & Arte, and AgroMais channels. She leads the full P&L management of the operation; definition of corporate strategy, growth models and expansion of channel portfolio; new business development and origination of opportunities pipelines in global scope.

With vast multicultural experience; visited over 50 countries and concretized deals in the USA, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Portugal, France, UK, China, Japan, Qatar, Mozambique, Angola, South Africa, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Guinea Bissau, Kenia, Ethiopia, Tanzania, among others. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education (PUC/SP), Postgraduate in Marketing (ESPM/SP), and with Board Member Program (FDC); fluent in English, having lived for 2 years in the USA. She is Member of Advisory Boards and President of several local and international Councils & Associations).

She has high Interaction with C-levels and shareholders from Broadcasting & Television and Content Producer companies, as well as Sponsors, and Advertising/Marketing Agencies. Leadership in the generation of opportunities and new business origination in global scope. She has structured and implemented new channels: Sabor & Arte and AgroMais (production and coproduction).

Conducted negotiations (USA) for the licensing of Smithsonian Channel. Idealized and operationalized B2B model for TV Everywhere (market innovation). Councils & Associations include – Member of G100 – Global Woman Leaders in Television & Broadcasting, since 2021. Advisory Board Member of BRICS WOMEN BUSINESS ALIANCE (WBA), since 2021.
