Three glorious days at the end of October 2025 shaped the G100 gathering alongside the WEF Mediterranean Meeting in Palermo. This landmark assembly brought together women leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and visionaries from across the Mediterranean and beyond. It was a moment where global aspirations met local cultural richness, showcasing how collective leadership, when rooted in shared values and mutual respect, can create profound and lasting impact. 

 

The collaboration between G100 and WEF Italy set the tone for a gathering that was not only celebratory but deeply forward-looking.

This unique event was organized under the presidency of @Marilena Citelli Francese and under the aegis of Laura Mattarella, First Lady of Italy and President of the Honorary Committee of @Women Economic Forum Italia.
