She is a Bolivian Pharmaceutical Biochemist and CEO of the most important pharmaceutical company in Bolivia—Laboratorios Bagó de Bolivia S.A. Also, she is a MSc in Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Management, graduated in: Logistics, Equitable Management, Finances, Negotiation at Harvard, Senior Management program at INCAE, academic training that led her professional career through different areas, from the operational to the managerial, due to the continuous updates in the areas of her performance.

Since she was in the last year of university, more than 25 years ago, she was working at Laboratorios Bagó de Bolivia S.A., where she joined as a Quality Control Analyst, assuming the positions of Head of Quality Control, Production Manager to current positions CEO and Technical Director. Because she has a strong passion to share knowledge, she was a Pharmacology Professor in Biochemistry and Pharmacy career at Universidad Mayor de San Andrés. In 2017, as a representative of the company, she signed the adhesion to the United Nations Global Compact, and UN women principles. Also, she supported the company to achieve high-level standards of Global Reporting Initiative. In addition, she graduated in Multipliers B, to transmit and inspire to work for a better world based on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
She is a member of Women Leadership Network Chamber of Industry, Commerce, Services and Tourism of Santa Cruz (CAINCO), National Chamber of Industries (CNI), Departmental Chamber of Industries of La Paz (CANDIPAZ) and Chamber of the Bolivian Pharmaceutical Industry (CIFABOL).

During the pandemic, she managed the company to make medicines available to the Bolivian people to relieve symptoms. She managed the provision of personal protective equipment (PPE) to health professionals. She was leading the preventive actions against COVID-19 for the care of the company’s employees. Considering that the company is part of the UN Global Compact and the Global Reporting Initiative, she established that it is a guideline to offset the carbon footprint through impact actions that raise awareness among the people about the prevention of climate change. Mother of Diana Gabriela and Joaquin Eduardo, who are the mainstay of her life and the ones who support to fulfill her personal purpose: transcending in benefit of the welfare for Bolivian women with activities that benefit society from the hand of Laboratorios Bagó de Bolivia S.A. a triple impact company.
