Ludovic Emanuely

Ludovic Emanuely is a seasoned international facilitator and strategic advisor, widely recognized for his work across Africa, Europe, and Asia. He currently serves as President of Croissance PEACE (Croissance Partagée Entre Afrique, Chine, Europe), an initiative dedicated to fostering shared economic growth across continents. He is also the President of the NGO Maître-Nageur Sauveteur Sans Frontières and CEO of Ludo l’Inventeur, a creative venture focused on developing non-digital educational board games.

Ludovic is married, a father of two, and a proud grandfather of six. With multicultural roots, he holds a deep belief in equity, opportunity, and global cooperation. His guiding motto is: “Shared prosperity? It’s only a matter of will and fairness.”

Throughout his career, Ludovic has organized numerous high-level events, including eight international conferences on shared growth at the French National Assembly. He has also led forums focused on innovation strategies and the role of women in innovation, while facilitating diplomatic meetings in Paris and Beijing. These engagements brought together heads of state, ministers, diplomats, investors, and industrial leaders.

Ludovic’s expertise includes project financing across a wide range of sectors, including agriculture, energy, construction, digital transformation, health, vocational training, and fisheries. He has played a key role in establishing complete value chains in agriculture, aquaculture, and poultry, supporting production-to-export systems that promote sustainable economic development.

As an inventor, Ludovic has developed a variety of educational and recreational board games. His game Où en Afrique ? is a tactile quiz that promotes African knowledge and cultural understanding. He also created Désirée-Cerise, a portable energy generator designed to provide essential power for mobile charging and emergency lighting—especially valuable in off-grid or crisis situations.

In his role as a trainer and public speaker, Ludovic conducts practical and engaging sessions on topics such as building business networks in new countries, initiating contact with decision-makers, and leveraging human intelligence for economic strategy. His approach often emphasizes collective intelligence and collaborative problem-solving to encourage innovative thinking.

Ludovic Emanuely is also a published author, with a strong focus on economic innovation, strategic collaboration, and women’s empowerment. He has written three notable books.

His first book, À armes égales, citoyens : la stratégie du looser !, presents a compelling reflection on civic engagement and alternative economic strategies. It challenges conventional success models and advocates for smarter, more inclusive growth.

His second book, Le Partenariat Privé-Privé Performé Par le Public (6P), introduces a bold framework for collaboration between private-sector actors, facilitated and amplified by the public sector—an approach he terms the “6P Model.”

His third book, L’innovation par les femmes africaines, highlights the transformative role of African women in innovation. It features real-world stories and actionable insights that showcase how women are shaping the continent’s future across various sectors.

He is currently working on his fourth book, Le commerce intra-africain, which aims to explore opportunities and challenges in expanding trade among African nations and promoting economic sovereignty across the continent.

In publishing, Ludovic also serves as the editor-in-chief of a newsletter that reaches over 100,000 contacts. He frequently contributes to media outlets and has appeared in televised interviews to share his insights on innovation, public policy, and sustainable development.

For his outstanding dedication to public service and social good, Ludovic was awarded the Gold Medal by the Universal League of Public Good (Ligue Universelle du Bien Public), a prestigious recognition of his lifelong contributions.

Beyond his professional commitments, Ludovic enjoys collecting rare editions of La Fontaine’s fables and books on riddles. He is also active in senior decathlon athletics, demonstrating his belief in both mental and physical discipline as keys to lifelong growth.
