The G100 Leadership Summit 2024, held from October 18-20 in Albufeira, Portugal, was a remarkable gathering of influential women leaders from around the world, united in their commitment to advancing gender equality and empowering women across various sectors. 

This year’s theme, “Women – Earth – Future,” underscored the vital role of female leadership in building a sustainable, inclusive global future.

With the generous support of the Municipality of Albufeira and CARMA CPLP, the Summit featured several distinguished G100 Chairs representing different Wings, alongside influential male allies, all contributing to the event’s success.

The Summit opened with an address from Linda Pereira, G100 Global Chair for Communication, Advocacy & Mediation, followed by welcome remarks from Catarina Olim (Country Chair), a warm video message from Harbeen Arora Rai, founder of the G100, and José Carlos Martins Rolo, Mayor of Albufeira, which set a collaborative tone for the event.
