The PAR International Leadership Conference (PILC) 2025 brought together visionary leaders, academics, and industry experts in the picturesque cities of Opatija and Rijeka, Croatia, from 20 to 22 March 2025. Hosted by PAR University of Applied Sciences, the event, themed “Transformational Leadership in the Digital Era”, explored how leadership is evolving to meet the challenges and opportunities of our rapidly changing technological world.

 

On behalf of the Dean of PAR University of Applied Sciences, Associate Professor Gordana Nikolić, Ph.D., participants were welcomed to this prestigious international scientific and professional gathering. The official opening took place on 21 March 2025 at 10:30 AM in Amadria Park, Conference Park 25/7, Viktora Cara Emina 6, Opatija.
