The conference began on 20 March 2025 with a Participants’ Gathering at 19:00 in Hotel Milenij, Opatija, offering an early opportunity for networking and informal introductions.

The second day, 21 March 2025, opened with registration followed by the Opening Session. The first panel, “Transformational Leadership in the Digital Era”, moderated by Nenad Antolović (Riječka Razvojna Agencija Porin), featured renowned speakers including Danica Purg (IEDC-Bled School of Management), Igor Pureta (RAMIRO d.o.o.), Violeta Bulc (ECOCIVILISATION), Kristijan Gregorić (VALICON d.o.o.), and Sonja Stahor Gašpar (JGL – Jadran Galenski Laboratorij d.d.).

A One-on-One Session followed, leading into a networking lunch. The afternoon continued with Panel 2: “SHE – Leading with Empathy in the Digital Era”, moderated by Lida Hamar Paladin (Hamar Media), featuring Marina Rožić (Croatian Chamber of Economy), Tanja Pureta (RAMIRO d.o.o.), Tanja Džido (Shhhefica), and Ana Milas (Serengeti d.o.o.).

After a short coffee break, Panel 3: “Keeping Pace with the Digital Natives – Challenges and Opportunities” was moderated by Ivana Radovniković Marković (Skill Box), with insights from Ante Lučić (A-Link Savjetovanje j.d.o.o.), Makedonka Dimitrova (Ecos Sustainability Institute / University American College Skopje), Bruce Yerkovich (Linden Tree Retreat & Ranch), and Kata Leutar (IMEA Consulting).

The day also included Academic Paper Presentations before closing remarks. In the evening, delegates enjoyed a Cocktail Party at the Keight Hotel Opatija, Curio Collection by Hilton, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for further networking.

The final day, 22 March 2025, featured Academic and Business Networking at Hotel Milenij, Opatija, followed by the Liburnia Experience, which gave participants a cultural and social immersion into the host city.
