She is the COO of Space Foundation, she brings a broad perspective and deep vision of the global space ecosystem – from a distinguished career as a space acquisition and program management leader and congressional liaison for the U.S. Air Force to her current role, including overseeing Center for Innovation and Education, Symposium 365, and Global Alliance.

Marguerite Soeteman-Reijnen

She is the Chairman of the Executive Board of Aon Holdings (part of Aon Plc; NYSE AON) and other Holdings entities in the Netherlands and Global Chief Marketing Officer of Aon Inpoint. Aon is active in 120 countries around the globe and has 50,000 employees.

Aon Holdings is the statutory shareholder/parent company of over 400 Aon companies – engaged in international insurance and reinsurance brokerage, pensions and employee consulting as well as risk management advice and services in the field of insurances- in Europe Middle East Africa, Asia, Australia Pacific, Canada and Latin America; Aon Inpoint being Aon’s management consultancy arm. Marguerite has been with Aon and its predecessors for over 30 years.

Marguerite is an expert on diversity and inclusion and is Chair of the Advisory Board of SER Topvrouwen (the Dutch nationwide diversity C-suite female empowerment initiative). She also represents the Kingdom of the Netherlands and its private sector in the G20 EMPOWER Alliance.

Dr. Gordana Nikolic

She is the Businesswoman, featured among top 100 Croatian Leaders, she is founder, owner & Dean of PAR University College, Croatia, the only independent higher education institution in the northern Adriatic region, and among Croatia’s top 20 educational centres for entrepreneurship.

She is also owner/director of Business Academy Rijeka. She has received many prestigious awards including: Best Woman Entrepreneur in Croatia in 2015 by the Croatian Association of Business Women – KRUG; In 2016, she received an award from the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County for the promotion of science, education and female entrepreneurship in the region.

The same year, she was also given the annual award from the City of Rijeka for her outstanding contribution to the fields of higher education and entrepreneurship, and for launching the first private higher education institution. She is Vice President of the Global Women Leaders Committee, which brings together women in the global network of business angels.

Marianne Egelund Siig

Hong Hoang

She Listed by Forbes Vietnam among the 50 most influential Vietnamese women in 2019, she is Founder and Executive Director of CHANGE, a Vietnamese NGO. It’s mission is to address the country’s most critical environmental challenges, including wildlife trade, climate change, air pollution, plastic pollution, through strategic communications, community empowerment, and cross-sector partnership.

Being a Climate Hero, Hong Hoang has been contributing to build the community-led climate movement in Vietnam, to stop coal expansion, mitigate air pollution, reduce individual impacts on the climate, provide support to the affected communities, and promote renewable energy.

Since early 2014, in strategic partnership with WildAid, Hong has been leading her wildlife team at CHANGE in implementing a multi-year program to reduce demands for illegal wildlife products in Vietnam, focusing on the most endangered species (rhino, elephant, pangolin …). In response to COVID-19, CHANGE is running an extensive campaign to encourage the government and community in Vietnam to end wildlife trade and consumption, to prevent the next pandemic.

Aashmi Rana

As Founder and Managing Director of Rana Global Pvt. Ltd, Nepal, she leads a public relations management consultancy firm that helps clients solve issues, create value, maximize growth and improve business performance. The profile of clients she works with include IFIs, BFIs, Bilateral & Multi-lateral agencies, along with non-profits and government.

As the MD of Rana Global, she provides business development strategy support to international firms who are looking to establish and expand their businesses in Nepal. She is the sole manager to oversee production, design and manufacturing of pashmina and knitwear through her company Rana Collections. The company is also involved in real-estate development, renewable energy and banking sector.

Aashmi was a part of the Advisory Council for the Ministry of Industry in 2017, strategically guiding the leadership. Further, she serves on the Board for Shahid Gangalal Hospital, the best cardiac center in the country.

Orime Fujita

She is owner and CEO, Fujita Kazuo Shoten Ltd, Japan. Fujita Group was founded in 1872 by women in the family as a brewer of miso, Koji and soy sauce and shifted its businesses and products with the time and the trend.

Catarina Fonseca

She is an economist with a doctoral degree in water sciences, she has over 20 years of experience in the water and sanitation sector. She is an advocate that everyone, everywhere has the right to clean water and the dignity to access sanitary and hygienic facilities. Dr. Fonseca has pioneered sector development on the understanding of life-cycle costs and financing.

She was the WASHCost Director (2008-2013), a large-scale initiative to identify the long-term costs of sustaining rural and peri-urban water and sanitation services.She has been part of the IRC management team and managed the International and Innovation programme from 2012-2019.

Dr. Fonseca was the Director of Watershed, a strategic programme (2016-2020) to strengthen the ability of citizens to hold governments and service providers accountable for the services they deliver. Carrying out institutional and financial assessments at international, national and local level for delivering sustainable services is at the core of her work.

Rinawati Prihatiningsih

She is the Founder, Owner and CEO of CV. Hako Mulia Abadi, an exclusive real estate company services in Jakarta, encompassing property rental, management and maintenance services since 2003, Rina has also acquired PT. Infinitie Berkah Energi, to become owner and managing partner operating industry fuel trading agency and distribution across Indonesia.

Business wise, next to running her two companies, Rina is active in IWAPI, the Association of Indonesian Business Women, which is organized under KADIN, the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She is the Head of Permanent Committee for Education of IWAPI and the Head of the Permanent Committee for Training, Education and Advocacy under the Vice Chairman of Women Empowerment of KADIN Indonesia.

As part of Rina’s participation on social entrepreneurship, she is also committed to empower and enhance women’s economic empowerment and leadership by actively being involved.

H.E. Segolene Royal

She is the President Cop21, former Minister of Environment, Energy and Sea, President of DA Planet Foundation for solar energy and women in Africa, Author of 15 books, and mother of 4 children she was the first woman in France to be finalist of a presidential election.

She was also Minister Delegate for Family Affairs, Childhood and Disability (March 2000 – May 2002), Minister Delegate for School Education (June 1997 – March 2000), and Minister for the Environment (April 1992 – March 1993). She was President of the Poitou-Charentes Region from April 2004 to May 2014 and was a member of the French Parliament for the Deux-Sèvres department numerous times between 1988 and 2007.

Minister Royal was also Vice-President and Spokeswoman for the Banque publique d’investissement (French Public Investment Bank), Vice President of Socialist International, and was an advisor to French President François Mitterrand from 1982-1988.
