Fahimeh Robiolle

Fahimeh Robiolle is the owner of Fahimeh Robiolle Consulting & Training, an independent consultant, and a member of the Institute for Research and Teaching on Negotiation (IRENE) since 2002. She is a lecturer at ESSEC, where she conducts training in negotiation, communication, and team management. Her teaching extends to institutions such as ENA (until 2016), the Paris III Sorbonne Nouvelle University, Cergy University, the Catholic Institute of Paris, the Ecole de Guerre (French Ministry of Defense), and the Lebanese University of Beirut. She has contributed to the “Negotiators of the World” project, particularly in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Burkina Faso. In 2006, she co-directed a conference in honor of Nobel Peace Prize laureate Shirin Ebadi and facilitated Ebadi’s participation in the 2007 World Forum of the Responsible Economy in Lille.

As the owner of Fahimeh Robiolle Consulting & Training, she provides specialized seminars and coaching in negotiation, conflict management, leadership, and teambuilding. She edited the Persian version of Method of Negotiation (Alain Lempereur, Aurélien Colson – Dunod, 2004, 2010), published in Tehran in 2009, and has organized and conducted training programs in Persian for managers, decision-makers, and MBA students at the University of Tehran’s Faculty of Engineering.
