Since 2021, the First Vice-President of the “Chess Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic” Public Fund and the Chairman of the Presidium and President of the “Federation of MMA and Professional Fighting of the Kyrgyz Republic” Public Association – Official representative of GAMMA – Global Association of Mixed Martial Arts in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Babur Tolbaev initiated and supported the implementation of more than 130 social and charitable projects in sports, education, culture, economics, environment, healthcare, youth initiatives, including a contribution to the development of women’s leadership.
“M Bulak” also actively advocates for the support of women. “M Bulak” in Kyrgyzstan currently employs 1872 people and 1310 out of the total number of employees are women. Moreover, 50% of the top management of the Company are also women.
The company pays a bonus for each child born (first three children). It is also important to note that the Company monitors the minimum wage gap between men and women.
“M Bulak” also supports women’s entrepreneurship by interest free financing within the Islamic Principles of Financing to help develop their own businesses totally 2 400 000 soms (about 28 300 US dollars).
In 2017, on the initiative of Babur Tolbaev, financial support was provided in the amount of 5,000,000 soms (about 59,000 US dollars) for treatment for Zhibek Nurkeeva – Miss Kyrgyzstan, who was sick with oncology.
In 2020, created the “Center for Women’s Entrepreneurship, Motherhood and Childhood” Public Association, the purpose of which is to support women’s entrepreneurship in the country, as well as to provide support in raising children. In the same year, “M Bulak” launched a program to provide support to the mothers-heroes (raised 7 or more children) of clients and employees of the Company. In the summer of 2021 with the support of Mr. Tolbaev a sewing workshop was created in the Kadamjai region, Kyrgyz Republic, which is called “Madina”, in honor of a 12-year-old girl who died in the April events of this year on the border of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. During the existence of the mentoring school of Babur Tolbaev, he conducted over 20 women empowering seminars “Wonder woman”, which were attended by more than 300 women.
