Asetila Koestinger

She is an Innovation Economist, Impact Entrepreneur and Business Coach, she is a catalyst and community builder. Asetila helps first time founders and SMEs to build solutions that are technologically appropriate, environmentally sustainable, culturally acceptable, and economically viable. As an impact entrepreneur and CEO she runs her two companies Greenwell Energy and Koestinger Consulting both aligned with at least one of the SDGs. 

For over two decades she has worked as a consultant and expert in different SME projects, private ventures and start-up ecosystems. Some of the projects she designed and co-created are WeDO5 , SDG Innovation Lab , Export Stars, GoodStartup School. Since 2019 she is chapter leader of Zebras Unite Vienna Austria. Asetila speaks, trains and writes regularly about the implications of inclusiveness, impact and innovation in sustainable entrepreneurship. 

A passionate proponent of women-led start ups, she says that while 80% of the women have at least 10 business ideas in their head per year, more often than not they don’t pursue them, or abandon it for lack of emotional, financial or entrepreneurial support. She is committed to fostering solutions for women through mindset and ecosystems change. Asetila holds a Master of Science in International Business, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and is prospective Ph.D. in International Economic Relations and Management. 

She is Certified management consultant CMC, Certified Export Consultant CEC and Certified Facilitator of the LEGO®️Serious Play®️ method. She was awarded the European Good Practice Award in training in SME Internationalisation by the ETF European Training Foundation in 2018. Since 2022 she is Partner of Gateway Partners for Albania and Kosovo- the export powerhouse from Latvia with offices in 9 countries and with clients worldwide.
