She is Founder and CEO of Tech AddVenture, a global business accelerator, she is dedicated to supporting startups in scaling and raising capital. Associated with Tech AddVenture is Tech AddVenture Capital, a €10 million venture capital fund that will invest in the health and biotech industries.
A prolific entrepreneur, Andreea has many ventures and successful exits to her credit. She earlier led a software development company in Europe, specializing in AI, machine learning, and blockchain technologies. Under her leadership, the company grew to 18 employees and achieved $3 million in revenue. She completed a successful exit from the company.
The initiative of her business accelerator focuses on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the technology sector, particularly in FinTech, EduTech, HealthTech, and AI solutions. The program aims to facilitate the expansion of these companies into the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region while also aiding them in securing investment funding to fuel their growth and innovation.
An ardent advocate for more capital and finance for female founders and all entrepreneurs, Andreea authored a book titled “From Zero to Founded – Raising Capital for Tech Startups.” The book aims to teach tech companies, IT engineers, aspiring entrepreneurs and start-ups how to effectively raise capital from investors in the shortest possible time. It covers the stages of the capital-raising process, accessing investors, communicating with investors, negotiating, and navigating the due diligence process. The book provides practical guides and useful advice to turn ideas into reality by securing the necessary funding. Through her work with startups, she has observed a significant gap in female representation among those seeking capital. This experience has inspired her to foster global ecosystems aimed at empowering more women in the industry. One notable example is her work with Agrosia Trading, a female-led enterprise, wherein she helped raise €1.5 million for the startup to support its growth.
Beyond her role as a software entrepreneur, she is an active investor and strategic advisor. She has served on the Board of Advisors for multiple companies, lending her expertise as a technology strategist and investor relations specialist. Through her guidance, she assists these companies in raising capital from investors, leveraging her deep understanding of both technology and investment landscapes. She is on the Board of Advisors for Anbema Soft and Consulting, as also a Venture Partner at SeedBlink, a crowdfunding platform that helps startups worldwide secure funding.
She was honored with the Top Woman in Business Funding 2024 award at the prestigious Global Women Leadership Awards Gala 2024, held in Dubai. This recognition highlights her exceptional contributions and leadership in the field of business funding, further solidifying her influence in driving growth and success within the industry.
